	SUCHITRA KONERU, MD - FAMILY MEDICINE Dr. Suchitra Koneru has been a member of the Buffalo community since the age of five-years old, attending Kindergarten through medical school here in Western New York. She is an alumna of Canisius College and SUNY at Buffalo School of Medicine. Dr. Koneru pursued her residency at the University of Maryland in the Family Medicine department. After graduating from the residency program in 2000, she began working in Northern Virginia. In 2004, she returned back to her roots in Buffalo and has worked here since. Dr. Koneru is married with three kids who are in high school, college, and the workforce. With twenty-two years of experience, she prioritizes care that involves patient engagement and working together to achieve health care goals. In her free time, Dr. Koneru enjoys spending time with her family and supporting the Buffalo Bills, who she has been a loyal fan of since the 1980s.

	BENJAMIN SEGERSON, DO - INTERNAL MEDICINE Dr. Segerson was born in Rochester, NY. He graduated from SUNY Geneseo with a degree in physics and attended medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine where he was awarded the Hirtzel Foundation Scholarship for highest class standing. He completed residency training in internal medicine through the University at Buffalo and is board certified in internal medicine. He is a recipient of the J. Frederick Painton, MD Resident Award for excellence in teaching and has served as a clinical instructor with UB, teaching third and fourth year medical students. He resides in Clarence with his wife and two daughters. In his spare time he enjoys fishing and is an avid Bills fan.
BENJAMIN SEGERSON, DO INTERNAL MEDICINE

	Kira Jaroslawsky, NP Kira was born and raised in Western New York. She is an alumna of Daemen University from the Master of Science Nurse Practitioner program, with a focus of Adult-Gerontology Primary Care. Throughout her career, beginning as a nurse, and now as a nurse practitioner, the importance of patient-centered care with an emphasis on a strong interprofessional team has only become greater. Kira is married with two young children, loves traveling with family, especially to national parks, and enjoys trying the various cuisines that Buffalo has to offer.
